Attention, those of you who own DaVita Inc. (DVA): DVA has recently announced a modified Dutch auction tender offer for owners of its common stock. More information can be found on the tender offer here. The company is looking to purchase up to $1.2 billion of common stock at no less than $53.50 per share and no more than $61.50 per share. Many of our clients who own DVA may have already received correspondence from the company regarding the tender offer, with a deadline to participate of August 16th.
At this time, we are not recommending that clients participate in this tender offer. If you own DVA, we are recommending that you continue to hold your shares, and trade the Snider Method as usual.
